Reigning champ Glastonbury has a 1:45.22 seed time that is better than last year's winning time, but again this is a Class meet where the point is just to win and grab the 10 points. Danbury (1:46.85) and Brien McMahon (1:48.32) were 3rd and 2nd last year, and Newtown (1:49.35), Amity (1:43.80), and Greenwich (1:50.12) should also be in the mix for some points.

Glastonbury got the meet record last year, and they are very strongly favored to win again this year with a seed mark of 4:04.24. Next in line are Ridgefield (4:09.40), Greenwich (4:12.58), Danbury (4:12.58), Staples (4:14.93), and Norwich Free Academy (4:15.34).

Meet Record: 9:23.67 Last Year's Winner: Ridgefield 9:35.52
Greenwich (9:26.55) and Trumbull (9:26.60) have nearly identical seed times, but Trumbull won by a big margin at FCIAC, so it's anyone's guess how this one will play out. Norwich Free Academy (9:37.11) and reigning champ Ridgefield (9:38.74) could also be in the hunt here. Hall at 9:45.42 and Southington at 9:49.05 will also be looking for points.
Sprint Medley Relay
Meet Record: 4:17.55 Last Year's Winner: Ridgefield 4:20.02
CCC champ Hall at 4:19.43 and Glastonbury at 4:19.80 seem to be closely matched in the 200-200-400-800 SMR if they are putting their resources here (the Gladiators were 5th in the CCC). Also possibly in the running here are Danbury (4:28.81), Norwich Free Academy (4:30.05), Staples (4:30.08), and Newtown (4:30.86).
