The reigning Nike Cross Nationals champion Katelyn Tuohy of North Rockland leads not only New York, but the entire country as the fastest 5K performer. Her 16:44 victory last December in Oregon and national indoor 5K record breaking run of 15:37 at the VA Showcase assert her easily at the top of any returnees list by a mile.
