6. Lydia Olivere Is Back For Another Big Race

Breakdown: Much like Lawler in the Boys 3200m, Lydia Olivere (Padua Academy, DE) is coming off her XC postseason run at NXN to try and strike early in the mile. Last year, she came in and won the event here in 5:04, closely followed by a breakout race from Shayla Sanders (YWLS). Both are entered again here, and the rematch is on. Dominique Shultz of PA also returns from the top three last year, but will need to improve on her 5:17 from that race to be in the mix.
