Girls Sprints
Lanae-Tava Thomas is not simply a one-trick-pony. While she can jump, she can also sprint, as the two events go hand-in-hand. She currently is NY #2 All-Time in the 55m at 6.83, with her Sophomore Class Record, but the Overall State Record stands at 6.92, held again by Keyon Soley. Thomas would also have to go through Halle Hazzard's (St. Anthony's) senior class record of 6.84 to break that overall record by the end of the season.
Thomas opens her season well, the first girl under 7secs in the nation.
