Attention All Section 6 Residents
The school year has returned, and cross country is well underway. As always, we want to provide more videos, more interviews, more articles, and more meet coverage than ever before. That means we will need more help. To be specific, we need YOUR help!
Once again, MileSplit NY is looking for regular photographers and video contributors to help with our coverage of meets in the Buffalo area. This would be a paid position by event, during which you would be responsible for getting complete photo or race video coverage of cross country and track meets, along with interviews of top athletes and coaches. You would also be responsible for providing your own equipment, as well as editing and uploading the photos or video content to MileSplit NY
In
addition, Milesplit NY is looking for writers, journalistic minds, and
people with their fingers on the pulse of XC throughout the state to
help step up the frequency of reporting news, meet previews/recaps, and
feature articles. This position would be paid per article and must be
able to make deadlines and communicate effectively.
