#4 - Halle Hazzard (St. Anthony's)

Halle Hazzard has been hard to miss this Indoor Season. She came away with a big win at the Indoor State Meet, going NY #3 All-Time in the 55m. One week later, she took second in the Championship Division of the 60m dash at New Balance Indoor Nationals. Once Outdoors, she came within 0.03 of her personal best in her season debut, despite very wet and windy conditions in Virginia. Expect much different in Curacao, which could lead to Hazzard dipping below 11.80, which she has only done wind-aided before.
