Brown broke out a very quick NY #17 All-Time in the Hurdle Prelims at last weeks NYC Mayor's Cup. That time put him at 16th in the country, against many states that have been in season for quite a bit longer. But the Junior 60m State Record Holder Indoors will be making the trip to the warmer weather of the south, and we could very well see a sub-14 performance, bettering his own mark of 14.14.
