State of the Action: It was time for Shenendehowa to run their A-Team, and the relay shakeup paid off.  They were chasing the leaders, Fayetteville-Manlius, after a rough hand-off through the middle legs.  But with keeping 3rd leg Julia Zachgo fresh, they were able to blow open the race in the third leg, and bring it home on anchor.  Both 1st and 2nd went under the previous meet record, with a new US #1 for Shen.
