Ray Sellaro (North Hunterdon, NJ) was the top seed, and execution showed. With two laps to go, he kicked on another gear, pulling away from the field with consecutively, the fastest two laps of the field. He crossed the line three seconds ahead of the competition, securing the win.
3200m - 9:23.00 - US #2
Ryan Martins (Watchung, NJ) led through the mile, and wouldn't let up. Although it was still tightly packed, his steady splits hovered under 35secs, before dropping down the final two laps to break the field.
Shot Put - 64-9.25 - US #3
Jordan West (Rahway, NJ) had almost a full-foot Indoor personal best, to shoot to the third best thrower in the country, with his win of the Invite section of the Shot Put.
