Katelyn Tuohy (North Rockland) may be the biggest story of the meet, outside Olympian Sydney McLaughlin. The precocious freshman shattered the State Record in the event for the Freshman Class, lowering Caitlin Lane's mark by two whole seconds. This was nearly a six second personal best for the athlete. 2-Mile - 10:10.75 - US #12
Alex Harris (North Rockland) won the 3000m the hard way, leading for a majority of the concluding laps of the race. But still, he stride didn't break, as she pushed her way close to the National Top Ten, and 6th in New York State. North Rockland swept the Invite Events for the girls.
Shot Put - 39-5.25
Ashley Walsh (Bayport-Blue Point) didn't quite match her season's best over 40ft, but still secured the win.
