The Trailer: Maple Grove seemed to have the top spot and a state championship wrapped up after a year that had the Dragons well ahead of the rest of the teams in the class, but reigning champ Lake Placid did a furious late-season run and made it very close at States in a 58-61 squeaker. Sauquoit Valley and Elmira Notre Dame filled in right behind with 3rd and 4th place finishes at States, and Tully seemed to be the best choice to round out the top five as the 2nd place team in S3-C.
