Notes: The rain started to fall as the first seeded race of the day took to the line. As the gun let the runners go, Molly MacQueen took to the front and controlled the pace. Unlike last week, Hayleigh Palotti
didn't wait until the middle of the race to attack the lead. Palotti
put pressure on MacQueen, and the pair ran side-by-side for 2.5 miles.
In the final straight, Palotti kicked in another gear, and pulled away
