This looks as if it is West Islip's race to lose, as they defeated then US #1 Morris Hills two weeks ago. Morris Hills is back to try and reclaim the throne, as is State College PA. Arlington is also under the 8min barrier, but has state quals the day after, and may not run at full strength.
