Staten Island, NY - Winning the inaugural Ocean Breeze Holiday 2-Mile, Ryan Kutch (St. Anthony's) clocked one of the fastest times in history for December. His mark, once converted to 3200m, ranks #3 All-Time for the distance in December.
Not only that, it was one of the fastest times for the past two years, second only to Aidan Tooker's 8:56.16 from Indoor Nationals. When including converted times from 2015, Kutch would move to fifth, behind Conor Lundy, Mikey Brannigan, and Jeremy Spiezio.
With both Brannigan and Spiezio graduating in 2015, it would make Kutch the third fastest prospect in the 3200m for this years State Meet.
