Top 4 Per Region
Note: Okay, what gives? That's the same thing I said when this popped out of the converter. Despite getting 4th in their Regional, Carmel has a ten point gap on the entire national field. How is that possible? The answer is simple: the smaller field takes Carmel's 5th closer to the front. As we add in more teams from the other Regionals, that gap will increase significantly, as will the differential. Currently, there is roughly a 20-point gap from their 5th, to those of the 5th athletes from other regions. That will grow exponentially as more teams are entered.
As of right now, these rankings are a minor guide, and don't mean much to the final predictions.
Noted: A team who finished 4th in their region, can not leap frog a team who finished 3rd for an At-Large.
