State of the Action: Once again, Saratoga demonstrated themselves as one of the top programs in the state, as well as the nation.  This marked their 22nd Federation Title in school history.  Interestingly, they scored the same number of points they did at States in Class A race, showing very little dilation in the larger field.  North Rockland scored much the same as well, with an improved  back end.  Both teams will have someone to keep them company next week, as Fayetteville-Manlius looks strong for a top two finish at Regionals, while East Aurora will be fighting North Rockland for a better shot at a possible at-large.
