Notes:
Two athletes separted from the pack early. Sophia Tasselmeyer and Hope
Pietrocarlo had been in this situation before, both hailing from the
same section, thus seeing eachother in many invitationals. The two
strode together, shoulder to shoulder for the majority of the race. It
was only after the downhill broke open that Tasselmeyer made her move.
Pietrocarlo hung on, closing the gap but unable to overcome.
Tasselmeyer snagged the coveted single point for her team scoring, and
grabbed the individual win.
