Headlining the field is a reigning State Champ from last year's 4x100m. Stanley Pilorge threw down his 10.71 at the PSAL Champs, just under the legal limit of 2.0 wind. That puts the rest of the field right there for the marquee sprint of the day. Byron Hearst has been improving all season in the shorter sprints, and is one of the favorites heading into the NYSPHSAA and Federation final. Shaka Shomari will represent the Catholic High Schools, and is poised for a top finish. With the margin of error so small, anyone in the field will be able to capitalize.
