| Welcome back to the sprinting world, Brenessa Thompson. The two time defending champion of the sprints, taking down both now-unattached runners Zola Golden and Symone Darius last year, makes her Spring Invitational debut at the Loucks Games. After suffering a tight hamstring at Indoor Nationals, it has been an exchange of nursing and experimenting to get her back in shape. However, Thompson will need to find that fitness, as this final will be loaded. McIntosh returns in hopes of stealing the double here, with Ariel Strunkey of the city putting pressure on the field. Amanda Crawford and Imani Solan broke out this Indoor Season, and you can expect them to be right in the mix here as well.
