NOTES: Our research has located only 31 performers who have bettered the "sub-33:00.0" cut-off mark. Almost all of these performances were made in the Empire State Games, as evidenced by the preponderance of * - Juniors who have competed in the ESG "Scholastic Division". As noted on the 5,000m list...we are sure that many unreported "sub-33:00.0" clockings should appear on this list.

Also...ONLY "On-the-Track" 10,000m performances are considered for this list, NO cross-country, NO road races...etc....
