Editor's Comments

Few of the C teams were in action last week, but most of this week's top six teams had strong days at either the Manhattan or Alden meets. Top-ranked Trinity battled the giants in the Eastern States race at Manhattan and came away with a 12th and a 39th in the merge. Briarcliff and Collegiate placed 7th in the D and E races respectively and were in the top 60 of the merge as the Bears move up to 2nd and the Dutchmen up to 6th. Out in the Alden-Small race, Southwestern edged Alden in a run-up to their battle in the Section 6-C State Qualifiers.
