Registration opens on 8/1 and closes on 10/14 at 11:59pm
If your school is not listed, do NOT claim and add athletes to the HS team - email Kyle Brazeil kbrazeil@milesplit.com to add your MS (Modified) team.
Schools only, no clubs. This meet is open to all NYSPHSAA, PSAL and NYSAIS schools.
1. Location: Start and Finish Line are on the East Lawn on the campus of SUNY Purchase College, directly across from there Physical Education Building.
2.. Schedule - There are 8 races: a) 7th Grade Boys - 4:34 pm
b) 7th Grade Girls - 4:43 pm
c) 8th Grade Boys - 4:52 pm
d) 8th Grade Girls - 5:01 pm
e) 7th Grade Boys - 5: 10 pm
f) 7th Grade Girls - 5:19 pm
g) 8th Grade Boys - 5:28 pm
h) 8th Grade Girls - 5: 37 pm
3 . Entry Fee - a) for schools with 20 or more entries, there is a flat fee of $100
b) for schools with less than 20 entries, there is a fee of $5 per runner
a) Purchase Orders are made out to "Port Chester-Rye UFSD"

4. Registration for the Meet: all entries are made on the website: Milesplit NY - instructions for coaches will be forthcoming. Meanwhile, Liam McGuirk, who is the Meet Director requests that you contact him to indicate your intention to participate: as soon as possible: (845) 709-9431 / Guildman54@aol.com
5. Awards - Medals to the top 30 per race - ribbons to all other finishers - trophies to top 3 per race
6. Course/Race Distance - 1.4 miles, mostly flat, with a wooded trail and one good hill - a Course Map will be sent to all coaches
7. Timing/Results - Fulton Accurate Timing will provide timing services and post results on fat.live
8. Atmosphere - Festive and exciting - continuous music, a great crowd of spectators, and approximately 50 teams/1500 runners in attendance - Coaches, be motivated to give your young runners a chance to experience the highlight of their middle school participation in cross country
9. T-shirts will be on sale
10 Concession Stand - will be available
11. Our Athletic Trainer will be on site
12. Communication - Our Meet Director will provide additional information and answer any questions in subsequent Emails regarding topics that include bus/spectator parking, entry procedures on Milesplit NY, and other relevant Day of Meet information and details
