Order of Events (USATF birth year sections may be combined to promote time efficiency)
5:45 PM start on Track (FAT will be offered for each track event...all FINALS)
55 meter Dash (10 years old and younger ONLY)
100 meter Dash (11 years old and older ONLY)
800 meter Run (all eligible USATF competitors)
100/110 meter Hurdles (13 years old and older ONLY)
200 meter Dash (11 years old and older ONLY)
1500 meter Run/Race Walk (all eligible USATF competitors)
400 meter Hurdles (13 years old and older ONLY)
4 by 100 meter Relay (8 & under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18)
5:30 PM warming period start in Field (4 attempts per horizontal jump and throwing event per competitor)
45 minute open pit Triple Jump (13 years old and older ONLY) then...
45 minute open pit Long Jump (all eligible USATF competitors)
High Jump (11 years old and older ONLY)
Shot Put (all eligible USATF competitors with properly weighted implements) then...
Discus (13 years old and older ONLY with properly weighted implements) then...
Pole Vault (13 years old and older ONLY with properly weighted poles)
General Competition Information
*We strongly recommend ALL competitors be USATF members
*Maximum of 3 events per competitor up to 12 years old and 4 events for 13 years old and older
*$5 flat fee per competitor to cover competition management costs

There will be no additions the day of this competition
*Ribbons will be shared for those performances placing in the top three (3)
*Implements and equipment will not be provided
*We will have at least one official
*There will be no medical trainer provided (please bring ice and a medical kit)
*One portable restroom is available but school building will not be accessible
