Please join us for the 21st Annual New York Relays, taking place at Icahn Stadium on April 17-18.
Located on Randall's Island in New York City, Icahn Stadium has once again established itself as one of the premier track and field venues on the East Coast. The meet has applied for sanctioning through the National Federation of State High School Associations, and only athletes competing for their high school team will be eligible to compete in the New York Relays.

A reminder to all coaches and athletes: competitors are permitted to enter up to two events, or three events if accepted into an invitational event. Relays count as an event.

Important Information and Updates
*All invitational events are limited to the top verifiable marks. These events include:
- The top 24 athletes will be accepted into the 100m, 200m, 100m/110m Hurdles
- The top 16 athletes will be accepted into the 400m dash
- The top 12-16 athletes will be accepted into the 800m, Mile, Decathlon, Heptathlon, Javelin, Discus and the Hammer
- The top16-18 athletes in the in the 1500m Race Walk
- The top 10-18 athletes in the 4 X 1600m Relay and the 2000m Steeplechase
*The first 3000 athletes that register will receive a spike bag presented by Mondo featuring the 2026 New York Relays logo!
*Awards will be presented to the top six in each event and the winner will receive a New York Relays Plaque.
*The Decathlon and Heptathlon are very popular events, please be sure to use the scoring table to establish your athlete's entry mark. All athletes will be reviewed to ensure they belong in the event.
*The boys Invitational discus was moved from Friday night to Saturday.
*The long throwing events as always will be invitational events and limited to the top athletes, at this time the cut off marks for each event are as followed:
- Hammer - Girls 100' / Boys 155'
- Discus - Girls 88' / Boys 120'
- Javelin - Girls 66' / Boys 120'
