Scratches: Due to the clerk at 3:15- Substitutions only
We will be using Fully Automatic Timing provided by Underdog timing.
Facilities:8 lane track We will allow 1/8 or 1/4 recessed pin spikes.
Scoring and Team trophies will be awarded to top boys and girls teams. Awards: We will be scoring 8 places. Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Tee shirts will be given to winners of each event (including relays) and medals will be awarded to top three finishers in each individual event, and to winning relay teams. Ribbons will be given to 4th thru 8th place.
Entry Fees:$250.00 per co-ed team and $150 for a single team. Make checks payable to Peru Cross Country and Track Booster Club. Entries: :Each school will be allowed three (3) athletes in each open event and one team in each relay.
Relay times can be estimates, open events must use best time performance in 2026 outdoor season.
Entries for this year's meet will be done using ny.milesplit.com. You will need to have an account on the website to submit entries
THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES IS MIDNIGHT ON WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE MEET. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE SCRATCHES OR SUBSTITUTIONS ONLY ON THE DAY OF THE MEET. THOSE CHANGES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE CLERK BY 2:30 PM.

Pentathlon 800/1500 will be run where they are set in the schedule unless they have to be moved to a later time.

Top 9 advance to finals
Long Jump
2:30-3:30 Warmup
3:30 Pentathlon Girls Long jump followed by Pentathlon Boys
Boys Long Jump to start after pent followed by girls
Top 9 will advance to the Finals
Triple Jump
2:30-4:00 Warmup
4:00 Girls Triple Jump followed by boys
Top 9 will advance to the Finals
High Jump
Progression Girls 4-0 4-3 4-6 then by 2 inches
Boys 5-0 5-3 5-6 then by two inches
Pentathlon High Jump Girls will follow and Pentathlon Boys after
Parking:
Buses should pull into the entrance off school street by the baseball field (entrance located just past the high school) and drop athletes off at the track and park in the Parking lot along School Street (parking lot next to the tennis courts).
Concessions and Tshirts:
There will be concessions and t shirts available for purchase during the invitational. Cash or venmo will be accepted.
Bathrooms:
Porta Potties located behind the stands
Inside bathroom located on outside of school next to concessions
Team Tents:
Team tents should be placed on long side of fence farthest from road between the bleachers on the drive.
