Here is the proposed time schedule for the Medley Relays and Elite 5000
Relay Challenge Handout:
Unlimited relays in each event! All eligible for awards!
We will limit the DMR to one section of boys and one section of girls as long as the number of relays is no more than 30 per gender.
New for 2026:
Coed 4x400 and back to the Short SMR (100-100-200-400)!
