1. The Armory is open all day as their is a college meet (please watch and enjoy)
2. The entries will remain open for minor changes until Friday at 3 PM (no new teams)
3. NO SPIKES OR PLASTIC BOTTOM SHOES ON OVAL (ONLY ALLOWED ON INFIELD)
4. 3000/3200-If your athletes name was left on the entry you were accepted (if I deleted it, it was rejected) Please don't re-enter them after they were deleted)
Sun 11/30 update:
The meet is closed to new teams. We have reached capacity as of 10:00 PM.
Some events will be closed out on Monday due to reaching capacity.
If you have scratches then please remove your athletes in those events to allow others in.
Sat 11/29 update:
1 heat of the boys 3200 (start time 5:15)
1 heat of the girls 3000 (after the 3200m boys)
followed by the girls race walk and the schedule as listed
Approximate time standards: 11:30 girls 3k 10:30 boys 3200
Please complete all online entries by Tuesday as some events will be closed out due to maximum numbers
SPIKES ALLOWED FOR 55m, 55 H, and all field events.
No spikes or plastic bottom shoes allowed on oval as per Armory.

Dear Coaches,
You are invited to the Seventh Annual North Shore H.S. Season Opener meet on Friday December 5th 2025 to be held at the Armory Track and Field Center in NYC.
The meet is open to all scholastic teams that are members of the National Federation of Schools within NY STATE.
NY STATE SCHOOLS ONLY
Athletes must represent their high school. No Club Teams, Or Unattached Athletes.
Entry and Declaration Procedure:
PROCEDURES:
1.Enter your athlete and relays ASAP. As soon as a desired number of teams has been reached the meet will be CLOSED.
2.Print and fill out your meet/contract page
3.Have your AD sign the contract.
4.Submit a copy to your school for payment.
5.Text or email your signed contract for verification:

6.ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR SIGNED CONTRACT, your team will be considered accepted into the meet.

ENTRY LIMIT
Each athlete can compete in any three events.
All individual events cost $9.00 per entry
All relay events cost $30.00 per relay
Officials fees will be split between Nassau County Public schools and billed through BOCES.
SPIKE RULES:
SPIKES ALLOWED FOR 55m, 55 H, and all field events.
No spikes or plastic bottom shoes allowed on oval as per Armory.
All shoes will be checked by the Armory Staff
