Good Morning Youth and High School Coaches and Athletes,



Congratulations on being accepted into your respective events at the 2026 USATF Indoor Championships! We are excited to welcome you to Ocean Breeze for an incredible championship experience.



Below is important information regarding the youth and high school competition days.

Saturday - February 28

10:05 AM - 7-8 Division 200m Dash (Girls, then Boys)*

10:10 AM - 9-10 Division 200m Dash (Girls, then Boys)*

10:15 AM - 11-12 Division 400m Dash (Girls, then Boys)

10:20 AM - 13-14 Division 400m Dash (Girls, then Boys)

10:25 AM - 11-12 Mixed 4400m Relay

10:31 AM - 13-14 Mixed 4400m Relay

10:55 AM - Elite High School Girls 800m

11:05 AM - Elite High School Boys Mile



Sunday - March 1

11:25 AM - Staten Island Girls 4x200m Relay

11:31 AM - Staten Island Boys 4x200m Relay

11:37 AM - CHSAA Girls 4x00m Relay

11:43 AM - CHSAA Boys 4x400m Relay

11:50 AM - Elite High School Girls 400m

11:55 AM - Elite High School Boys 400m

Athlete Check-In



Athletes should enter the facility via the 2nd Floor entrance and proceed directly to the Youth Event Check-In Table.



Each individual athlete (or relay team representative) will receive:

-Athlete wristband (must be worn at all times)

-Competition bib number (required for competition)



The athlete wristband provides access to:

-Backstretch seating

-Warm-up track during designated times (on competition day only)

-Kids Zone on both days of competition

Warm-Up Schedule



Warm-ups for youth and high school athletes will take place on the 1st Floor only during the times listed below.

Athletes must bring all belongings with them when leaving the warm-up area.



Saturday

  • 9:15 AM - 9:50 AM: All Youth Events

    9:15 AM - 10:40 AM: High School Event



Sunday

  • 10:30 AM - 11:35 AM: Relay Events

    11:50 AM onward: Individual Events

    Awards

    Youth Events: Top 6 finishers awarded High School Events: Top 3 finishers awarded.

    Awards will be presented at the finish line immediately following each event.

Athlete Reunification (Ages 7-10)

*Athletes in the 7-8 and 9-10 divisions must be reunified with a parent or coach following competition.

Pick-up will take place near the Finish Line Kid Zone.

A matching bracelet included in the athlete packet will be required for release.
