Use this entry to enter declared athletes/relays for Feds. You must still complete the NYSAIS Meet Entry to compete in the meet. This is ONLY TO DECLARE YOUR ATHLETES for FEDS DECLARATION.
You must also complete the Google Form sent to you by Jason Edwards (PS COORDINATOR).
Declaration Process for NYS Federation Championships.
Task 1 - Complete Declaration Google form, emailed to Athletic Directors. If your having trouble accessing the Google Form, contact Dwayne Alexis (718-431-3320).
Task 2 - Enter declaring athletes into two Milesplit meet entries, both emailed to athletic directors and included in packet. Entries are due Monday, May 19 at 12pm noon.
***Note: Teams must complete both tasks successfully in order for an athlete be eligible to compete from that school. No additions will be made after the declaration entry deadline***
