1. Coaches Meeting at 8:30 AM at the finish line

2. Concession stand will be open all day and event t-shirts for sale  (cash-credit, apple pay all accepted)

$20.00 Short sleeve Shirt, $25.00 Long Sleeve shirt

3. Tents are permitted (not on turf)

4. Bus parking: All bus will be designated where to drop off and then park

5. All races will be FAT Timed and results posted by Elitefeats.com

6. COACHES: You must check in your athletes for the 200-400 at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled event as to avoid empty lanes. We will then create heat sheets thereafter.
