AAIS Cross Country Championships 2024

Championship Registration:

• Entry Deadline: 10/24 at 9 AM
• Each team may enter up to 10 runners for the 5K race.

Runner Eligibility:

• Athletes must participate in at least 50% (4 of 7) of the scheduled league races to qualify for the AAIS Championship.

Results & Awards:

• The top 5 runners will score points; runners 6 and 7 will be used to break ties.
• Top 25 athletes will receive medals. 
• Team awards will be presented to the top 3 teams:
  • 1st: AAIS XC Champions
  • 2nd: Runner-Up
  • 3rd: Third Place

Race Day Details:

• Race Start: 3:30 PM at the 5K starting line
• Race Finish: Broadway Finish
• Teams should check in by 3:15 PM
• Ensure athletes have their bibs ready.
• Athletic Trainers (wearing orange vests) will be stationed at the bridge and the finish line for emergencies.
