Course: A beautiful tree farm with grass and trails. There is one hill about 150 meters long. The course is an
approximately 1.41-mile loop. So, varsity and junior varsity races will be two loops (approximately 2.82 miles) and the
modified race is one loop (approximately 1.41 miles). A perfect way to prepare your athletes for the end of season
championships meets.
Entry Fee: $200.00 for both boys and girls teams. $125 per single gender team only. $100 modified only.
Concession Stand: Refreshments, food, and long sleeve t-shirts will be sold.
Team/Scoring: ENTRIES: Varsity races are limited to 7 runners while other races may have unlimited entries. JV
race may change depending on entries. Your top 5 will score and your top 7 will displace other runners.
Awards: Individual medals will be handed out in the chute at the conclusion of each race. Medals and ribbons will be
given to the top 30 in each race. Team Trophies (1st

rd places varsity, 1st

nd other races) will be able to be picked up
upon completion of team scoring at the awards and results tent.
Race Schedule: Racing will start at 10:00 AM. Race schedule will be determined on number of teams registered. We
will email the final race schedule the week of the meet, after all the entries are received.

Varsity Girls- 10:50 AM

JV Boys- 11:50 AM
