be here doing ON SITE customization of commemorative t-shirts!

Important Points:

1.     RSVP Deadline: April 11^th!

a.     Entry of teams will be limited to 20, so RSVP early!

b.     RSVP your intent to compete

VIA email to jhart@hfcsd.org by April 11^th!

2.     Entry fee is due April 17th!

3.     Javelin Certificate of Insurance is due April 17th!

4.     ENTRIES DUE: Tuesday April 25thby 10PM!

a.Late entries will not be accepted!

b. All entries will be sent

and set up through the website www.ny.milesplit.com 

5.     Each school is allowed 2

entries per event, and one relay team per relay.

a.     3 entries per event IF ALL 3 ATHLETES have previously met the event standard!

b.     Only two entries in the Pentathlons

6.     Scratches only will be allowed on the day

of the meet:

a.     NO ADDITIONS or

SUBSTITUTIONS!

7.     Semis and Finals will be

run for the 100m dash, 100m & 110m hurdles.

8.     The 200m, 400m, and 400m IH

will be a timed final race.

9.     Boys Pentathlon:110m HH, High Jump, Shot Put, Long Jump,

1500m 10.Girls Pentathlon:100m HH, High

Jump , Long Jump, Shot Put, 800m

11.High Jump opening height is 5' for boys and

4' for girls.

12.Pole Vault opening height is 9'6" for boys

and 7'6" for girls.
