Special thanks pour out to all our parents...volunteers...staff and athletes who made this Festival a day to remember. It was more than pole vaulting today!!!! Special high lite was the return visit of our Coach Cauthers....the man who got all this crazy activity going in the first place. Coach looked extremely glad to see everyone and we all were thrilled to have a chance to be with him..... Open Division **************** Women....... Former North Carolina Tar heel Track Star....Laura Risi was ready to ROCK & ROLL on her 13' 7" x 170 Spirit ....as she boomed over 13' 1.5"(4.0m) on her third jump to win the Open Division over Marist University Junior...Justine Colabraro ...who flew over 10' 7" with room to spare!!! Staff Coach Risi had a near miss at 13' 4.5" as her parents cheered with pride!!!! The comeback is in full swing!!!!!!
