Suburban Council Co-Ed Showcase 2021 Friday May 28th, 2021 Shenendehowa High School 4:00PM - 10:00PM

Entries: Limited to Suburban Council Schools. Top 24 entries accepted for individual events based on verifiable* times or marks and 1 relay per school. Entries will be accepted / announced 48 hours prior to the meet.

  •  Entries will be limited to a maximum of 4 entries per event / per gender / per school.

  •  Entries Due Wednesday May 26th 10pm on Milesplit

  •  Announced fields will be FINAL. Scratches accepted until 6:00pm Thursday 5/27.

  •  Heats & Flights will be announced by 9:00pm Thursday 5/27.

  •  * Verifiable times or marks include FAT or hand timed performances (+.24) that have been submitted to the Suburban Council leaderboards within one week of the performance date.

    Entry Fee: Teams will pay a $100 blanket coed entry fee.

  •  Sends Checks payable to: Shenendehowa CSD, 5 Chelsea Place, Clifton Park, NY 12065

  •  This is an Entry Fee not a Participation Fee

  •  Payment due by day of Meet

    Awards: "The Showcase" will offer awards to the top 8 places in all events.

  •  Top 8 places in all events will receive an award.

  •  No Team Scoring or Team awards

    Meet Protocols: Athletes must adhere to the following protocols or will risk disqualification from the meet.

  •  All athletes are allowed a maximum of two spectators per Suburban Council dual meet rules. NO

    SPECTATORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SIT ON THE VISITING SIDE BLEACHERS. THIS AREA WILL BE RESERVED FOR PRE-DESIGNATED TEAM AREAS FOR ATHLETES IN MULTIPLE EVENTS. (see map) Athletes are encouraged to leave with their parents after their final event.

  •  Track athletes should arrive at the clerk 20 minutes prior (no earlier) to the start of their event to receive their hip number and final instructions. There is ONE designated entrance and ONE designated exit for the track and turf that athletes will be allowed to use. (see map)

  •  Only board appointed coaches and clerking athletes will be allowed on the turf.

  •  Field event athletes should arrive at their event 20 minutes prior (no earlier) to the start of their flight.

  •  All Covid-19 Protocols (masks, social distancing and hand sanitizing) for state and local levels will be

    enforced. Any coach, parent or athlete in violation of these rules will be asked to leave the campus.

  •  No Concessions will be available. Athletes should bring their own water and food.
