Here is a description of how we see the meet running- if you need any accommodations, let me know and we will work it out.
We will have Fully Automatic Timing
We will use all six lanes for track eventsTop 8 will score in each event (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1)

Field event teams must maintain distance from one another at all times.

Boys and girls pole vault together- Girls and boys mix in
Our school requires masks at alltimes for all present
Visitors bring their own water
There are port-a-potties adjacent to the discus area- no access to the school building
Visiting team will use the bleachers in the area designated- home team side of the track
Covid temp checks done by visiting team before entry to facility"
Mask break" areas Identified by each team in vicinity of their team area
High Jump and pole vault- we will have sanitizer at each, or you can use a landing mat for each athlete that you provide
Sanitizing of throwing implements handled by each team's coaching staff
We have a 200 person spectator limit- not including athletes, coaches, and staff running events/timing
We do NOT have an athletic trainer; ice is available should you need it
We want the kids to have a good experience; should any issues arise, let us know and we will find a solution
