For each Event, the order will be Boys: Varsity, Soph, Freshman, Girls Varsity, Freshman

55m Dash/ 200m Dash (Athletes will compete in both)
55m HH (boys frosh at 36")
Field Events 11am
Shot Put at Ichan
Long Jump and High Jump will compete at Iona Prep
