Tentative Timeline: Coaches pick up their teams packets (11 am on)
Course walk and warm ups (11:30am-12:00pm)
K2 Boys 400m Race ( 12:30 pm)
K-2 Girls 400m Race (12:35 pm)
3-5 Boys 1500m Race( 12:40 pm)
3-5 Girls 1500m Race (12:50 pm)
6-8 Boys 2000m Race (1:00 pm)
6-8 Girls 2000m Race (1:10 pm)
Scoring: In each race, top 3 from each team will score, 2 additional will displace
Awards Ceremony: (Approx 1:30 pm).
Coaches and athletes PLEASE stay away from the timing and medals/results table during meet. All officials are volunteers from various areas and of various ages. Please remind thoseassociated with your teams that they deserve respect and patience. If a question resultsfrom an event please have the head coach address the concern to the meet director or meet referee.AND THEN PLEASE ACCEPT THE FINAL DECISION! REMEMBER MISTAKES HAPPEN EVEN IN THE REEBOK MANHATTAN XC INVITATIONAL AND THE OLYMPICS. Volunteers who wish to help will be accepted on the day of the meet. We expect one volunteer per team attending. Most importantly, remind everyone to please remember why we are here and all shouldenjoy themselves.
