CO-HOSTED BY MINISINK VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY TEAM
The spectator friendly course will challenge every level of runner. The 2.6 mile course weaves through the property on grass. Spikes are recommended. COURSE PREVIEW VIDEO | COURSE MAP
Course Location: 491 Egerton Ave, Middletown, NY 10940 (Behind Maple Hill Elementary School)
Schedule (subject to change - races may be added depending on number of schools entering)
8:45am Course opens: Pick up race packets and tour the course
9:45am Girls Freshman
10:15am Boys Freshman
11:00am Girls Junior Varsity
11:30am Boys Junior Varsity
12:00pm Girls Varsity
12:30pm Boys Varsity

$150 PER SCHOOL
Medals will be awarded to the top 5 finishers in each race, as well as team awards for each division
Long sleeve t-shirts will be on sale with proceeds to benefit the 12th Rock Sports Scholarship Fund
