The Mount De Sales Academy girls set a new Maryland state record of 4:01.73 in the sprint medley relay with their national runner-up finish in the championship race at the 2019 New Balance Nationals this past weekend. 

No national champions among the Maryland boys at the New Balance Nationals, but Ashton Allen of Bullis School came painfully close with a runner-up finish of 46.99 in the championship boys 400 meter dash. 

The quartet of Brene Donaldson, Kori Carter, Tre'Breh Scott-McKoy, and Lauryn Freeman cemented their place in history as one of the best 4x2 dynasties ever this past Sunday at NBNI. This team came and won the 4x200m relay by almost two seconds with their 1:37.94 winning time. 

The senior at Randolph anchored the 6th place DMR and ran the third fastest 2-mile time in NJ history.

Pt. Pleasant Boro's (NJ) Devin Hart found redemption in winning the NBNI 2-mile on Sunday in New York

The Southeast Raleigh (NC) boys 4x200 team won the national championship from the slow heat

Pleasant Boro (NJ) High School's Devin Hart found redemption in winning the New Balance Nationals Indoor boys 2-mile championship on Sunday, breaking 9-minutes for the third time this season in 8:56.89. While Hart was sixth in this race last year, it was his loss to Liam Murphy at the New Jersey Meet of Champions on Feb. 24 that knocked a gut-punch to the Stanford University recruit. But Hart rebounded the only way he knew how, making a big move in the biggest race of his indoor season and holding off second-place Ryan Oosting for a national title. Check out the interview above.
