MEET INFORMATION
* Athletes may compete in any three events.
* ANY athlete who wears any other PSAL I.D number other than her own will have his performances forfeited.
* PSAL I.D. numbers are required for this meet. An athlete must have been placed on the roster prior to Thursday, December 20, 2018 at noon for a number to be assigned, generated and made ready for distribution on the day of the meet.
* At clerking, each athlete and relay team must have a seed card prepared and filled out by their coach. These cards must contain the PSAL ID # for each athlete.
* All events follow this order: Freshman then Varsity .The hurdle finals will follow the trials
* All events will be separated into two divisions, Varsity (which includes all sophomores, juniors and seniors) and freshman. Medals will be awarded to the top six finishers in all events.
* This meet is NOT mandated but may be included as one of a teams ten meet PSAL requirement for the 2018-19 Indoor Track & Field season.
* Freshman and varsity high jumpers and pole-vaulters will compete at the same time. The event judge will determine the starting heights.
* All shot putters, weight throwers, long jumpers and triple jumpers, the first mark will be recorded subsequently the remaining marks must meet the standard set forth by the games committee. If the marks are less than the standard then the marks will not be measured.
* The 6-12 Rule is in effect for this meet. This rule requires that all PSAL teams must maintain a minimum of 12 athletes on roster; six must compete on the day of a PSAL meet.
* Only pole-vaulters from the qualified list may compete. In the case of an athlete attending the Pole Vault clinic at this meet, if it is his/her second vaulting clinic, he/she may compete in the pole vault on that day.
* Seeded heats will be run first
