Some important points of note
- Soph Sectionals
o Jan 9th at Fordham
o Pole and Triple at 3:15 p.m.
o Shot and High at 3:45 p.m.
o Running events at 4:30 p.m.
o We will run the 1000 Meters and 600 Meters (instead of the 800 and 400)
o Hurdles will be last event so it would be the cross over event for the next meet
o Medals to top 3 in each event
