@ParkviewCoachDXC What a race for her at regions. To go from a 38 min 10k runner her frosh year to not only running 34:27 PR but doing it in her first region meet to finish 11th and make it to NCAA's is quite the achievement. Very impressive. She is a perfect example of why the region meet is so important to the distance events for getting the people who are peaking at the right time to nationals - not just those who can run fast in April at Stanford and Mt Sac. Very unlikely she makes it to NC's using the old system.
