ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Xavier Carter showed why he\'s ranked No. 1 in the country in the 200 meter dash. Carter automatically qualified for the NCAA finals in just his second race of the season as he blazed across the finish line in 20.74 seconds (20.76 altitude adjusted).

BATON ROUGE -- LSU junior Drew Haro was named the SEC Men\'s Cross Country Athlete of the Week it was announced Tuesday by the conference office. The honor marks the first of Haro\'s career and the first for LSU this season.
AUBURN, Ala. -- Behind a 12th-place finish by junior Drew Haro, the LSU men\'s cross country team turned in a season-best fifth-place finish Saturday at the Auburn Invitational on the Indian Pines Golf Course. The Lady Tigers finished 13th in the final team standings.
