MileSplit HQ - We are three days out from the State meet, and teams are heading out on their pilgrimage west as we speak. If you asked me last June, I would never expect to say this, but I for one will enjoy leaving the snow and cold to head up north to Buffalo, where it looks to be sunny and almost 60 for the races. We have our boys and girls previews below, where you can check out all the action you're in store for this weekend. No doubt, some of the strongest competition in the past decade will be held on a golf course in Elma on Saturday. Below that, be sure to check out the course tour.
