Center senior Allyn Laughlin was pushed
to a US#1 SP of 46-11.75 by Penncrest sophomore
Karen Shump, who is now US#3 at 46-05.25.


Karen Shump, Laughlin, and Fetter may push the 48' barrier at States.


Because of school restrictions imposed because of
the impending snowstorm, Ryann Krais only got
two attempts in the Long Jump, winning the event with
an 18-07.75, and setting a Meet Record of 8.67
in the trials of the 60 Hurdles.
She was co-Athlete of the Meet.

Reading's Jazmin Hunt ran 8.99 in the Finals...
the 2nd girls under 9 seconds this season.

Easton's Chanelle Price was co-athlete of the meet,
winning the 800 in 2:11.78, and anchoring the winning 4x800
in 2:13.8 and the winning 4x400 in 56.7.


Coatesville's Tierra Flowers ran 7.73 to win the 60m Dash.


Ije Iheoma, Council Rock South, went 58.72 to beat Girls' High's
Chanel Tartt-Minor, 2nd in 59.52 in the 400.


Chambersburg junior Sarah Morrison went a meet record of 5:05.37 in the Mile.


Coatesville held off North Penn in the 4x200 by just 4-tenths of a second, going 1:47.07.


Allison Sikora, Council Rock North, went 10:32.92 to win the 3000.


The boys' Athlete of the Meet was Chichester senior Carrington Queen,
who won the 60 Hurdles in 8.02 (pictured), after setting a MR of 7.98 in the Trials.


Queen won the 200 in a PR of 22.83.


Andre Nelson, Springfield-Delco, ran a PA-leading 60m of 6.98.


Khaliff Featherstone, Simon Gratz, is now 2nd in PA in the 400 after his 50.40.


Camp Hlll's Adam Smith ran 1:58.77 to hold off Germantown Academy's Elliot Rhodes,
2nd 1:59.51. Red Land's Aaron Kauffman was 3rd in 2:00.17.


Duriel Hardy, West Chester East, went 4:26.80 for the Mile.
Radnor's Sean Mahoney (shown in 5th) was 2nd in 4:29.03,
with Wissahickon's Doug Maisey, 3rd in 4:29.63.


Paul Springer, Unionville, posted a US#2 of 8:43.96,
a meet record for the 3000, in beating Hatboro-Horsham's Josh Hibbs, 2nd in 8:48.90.


Glen Mills' Robert Williams is getting back
to early season form, winning with a throw of 55'3 3?4.


Simon Gratz won the 4x200 in 1:32.56.


Gratz also captured the 4x400, running 3:26.90.


North Penn won the 4x800 in 8:11.61.
