Note: Athletes who have been nominated in the past two weeks are not eligible. Previous winners are excluded for the rest of the season.
This Week's Nominees:
Milo Wilson, Binghamton HS (New York): Won the high jump with a clearance of 7-0 at the Section IV Class A/B meet, topping a field of 19 competitors. Also placed second in the long jump with a leap of 21-6.
Brayden Richardson, Sleepy Hollow (New York): Captured the long jump title at the Section 1 Class B Championships with a mark of 24-4, defeating a field of 31 athletes.
Khadin Muhammad, West Babylon (New York): Claimed victory in the triple jump at the Section XI County "B" Championships with a distance of 49-5.5. Also competed in the long jump, posting a mark of 22-2 for fourth place.
Connor Sullivan, Clarkstown South (New York): Threw 59-11 to win the shot put at the Section 1 Class A Championship, besting a competitive field of 35 throwers.
Logan Aman, Candor (New York): Posted a double victory at the Section IV Class D Championships, clocking 10.48 to win the 100 meters and 21.55 to capture the 200 meters. Won both events against fields of 40 and 44 competitors respectively.
