We are writing to remind you of the entry process for the New York Relays.
Entering the 2011 NY Relays is a three step process

You must enter any athletes you wish to have considered for the invitational events on www.directathletics.com under the meet titled "New York Relays - HS Invitational Events" the link for that meet is; http://www.directathletics.

If you are planning on having your team run any events that are not invitational events you must enter any possible athletes on your teams directathletic rosterAND enter them into the meet titled "New York Relays - HS Rosters" the link for that meet is; http://www.directathletics.
com/meets/track/19611.html ase make sure you are entered and not just scheduled! - You must send in a hard copy of the entry that can be found onwww.icahnstadium.org.
Please note if you are only planning on running invitational events you do not have to enter a team roster. Only athletes that are entered into invitational events or on your team roster will be eligible to compete. A list of accepted teams will be listed on the Icahn Stadium website next week.
Also, a reminder that we have revised the event limit rule. Athletes who are accepted into AND running an invitational event will be permitted to run in a third event.
