Note: Athletes who have been nominated in the past two weeks are not eligible. Previous winners are excluded for the rest of the season.
This Week's Nominees:
Jane Hickey, Ursuline School (New York): Clocked 2:03.68 for second place in a field of 95 at Track Night NYC, posting the top 800m time among this week's competitors.
Taylor Foster, Brearley School (New York): Won the 100m hurdles in 13.56 at Track Night NYC, leading a field of 31 competitors. Also placed third in the 200m with a 24.98 clocking.
Anya Adams, Plainedge (New York): Ran 23.94 to win the 200m at Section 8 League Meet #5, taking the victory in a massive field of 311 athletes.
Dayna Scott, Valley Central (New York): Posted 11.86 to win the 100m at Race at the Oval Office, running the fastest time among this week's competitors. The junior ranks #2 in the state among her grade.
Kaylee Montesdeoca, Suffern (New York): Won the triple jump with a leap of 39-8.5 at Section 1 League B Champs, topping a field of 11 competitors. Also placed third in the 100m with a time of 13.25.
