ATHLETE NUMBER REGISTRATION
We once again will be using the number system for all Section 1 meets. Once you register and the numbers are posted, that number will need to be put on every card and sticker the entire season.
If that number is not on every card and sticker that athlete’s results will not be recorded into the computer system, will not make the rakings, and they will not score in the meet.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
1) Visit ArmoryTrack.com and attain a username and password
2) Go here https://ny.milesplit.com/teams and “Claim This Team”
3) Wait to be approved as “Coach” or “Admin”
4) Go here https://ny.milesplit.com/meets/82240 and click “Enter Online Now”
5) Follow instructions on entering

This is the entry for the Section 1 indoor season. You only have to enter this once. Athlete numbers will be posted on this meet page on Wednesday, December 8th. Any problems email Tim Fulton - tim@armorytrack.com
You need to enter every kid on your team into the event named "2011 Indoor Season". If the athletes name is not there then you need to type that name into the system. TO DO THAT SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF ALL THE NAMES THAT ARE LISTED AND CLICK “Go to Team Page to Edit Roster”
If you have athletes that are not on your team anymore then you can make them "inactive". If you have athletes that have duplicate names, DO NOT MAKE THEM INACTIVE - send an email to tim@armorytrack.com.
When entering divisions (boys or girls) please just click both divisions if you have separate boys and girls coaches. It will make it easier for your other coach to enter in the future.
